What would you do if your dial has such a serious scratches? ...  

I have 3 of them and although a rougher finish is part of their dna, this obviously is not the way it should be. Can you tell us a bit more about the watch? Did your buy a new like that? A lot of people ordering an o&j order several dials, so perhaps once... 

This is actually a ouj "raw" brass, so I guess the unfinished raw dial is part of signiture.

This is the brass dial that I have, pure brass but clearly a different finish as it has clear vertical stripes Sorry for the bad picture, just a quick snap I just made. As you see on the date, didn’t wear it for some time 😀 ...  

to me it looks like an attempt at a rough "scratched or etched" surface as part of the dial design.

Very disappointed real bad minimalist finishing.

if the brushing is hand made (probably) it would make every model a...UNIQUE, like fingerprints, no?
