You know the extra tiny locking screws underneath the lugs? Try to unscrew those no further than is necessary to let the bar unscrew and slide out. Last time I changed straps I unscrewed that one all the way and it fell out. Those screws are TINY. It was a miracle that I found it!

So the tradition uses screws, and it seems super easy to slip and scratch lugs. Any tips for doing this without being the first ape to put a scratch on a nice watch? lol
