Wonderful blue...

...together with a nice overall dial layout.

Remember the movement as the real news it was for Ulysse Nardin. Maybe a technological milestone, yet simple complication and a true high quality product. Next to the movement finish, I especially liked the area on the top half of the dial with the slightly different blue stripes giving nice light reflections.

Will see what Basel brings... (you know more?)

It is now 8 years that I own it! And just because I remember, in 2006, the strong feelings I had on this one. In a few days, I am expecting more surprises from Ulysse Nardin, at the Basel Fair. I imagine I am not the only one to refresh this forum to see ...

I still remember the feelings when I learned of it. A real "novelty" to this day.

I was much more reserved, when I saw the first press release pics.

Till... I saw it in the flesh. As it is often the case. And immediately, I knew I had to get it. As for Basel and U.N, I am very curious this year, with UN being part of the Kering group. A good Basel Fair would be an excellent answer to those who doubted...

Absolutely. The only con is the weight... Quite heavy, I must say.

But weight apart, what a Watch! And when you think that the Cal 160 was used in this Watch only, it is a big cherry on the cake. Best, Nicolas
