This is why I come to the PuristS community- the details. Details are everything to me, and reading an
article like this is like getting a cold pitcher of water in the desert, followed by some good spirits to add to my
total fulfillment. In short, you take the watchmaking & the mathematics behind it, present them, and show how
the math measures up to man's creation. This is the kind of article I would gladly PAY to see in a watch magazine.
No fluff, no new releases, no gathering info, no vauge generality trends restated, just raw mechanics applied
scientifically to watchmaking, and laid out for any interested reader for a few hundred pages.
Articles like this one are rare- but they are why I love this community so much- the things I can learn by being here
and reading daily make me very happy indeed.
