Additionally, I am curious about what UN calls a "smartphone". Today, a smartphone has to offer all kinds of connectibility, including push mail, web, e-mail, Bluetooth, a full multimedia and organizer suite, GPS, navigation, and so on. All this needs a tremendous amount of energy. Unless the small rotor is not really a ventilator for a micro fusion reactor, controlled by a Dual Ulysse escapement valve, I, too, have my doubts if the UN phone will really offer a use.
